April 15, 2015 Akeru EP “Requiem & Solace now on sale now!
Orange County, CA EDM Producer, DJ Akeru released his EP “Requiem & Solace”. This EP is his first collection of songs released together. As Akeru stated “What I wanted to do with this collection of songs is paint a story behind each track. Too often Electronic Music and especially Dance focused tracks get a bad rap that there’s no emotion to the music, its just pulsating beats. What I wanted to do differently was give a little background how I came to create these tracks. Interpretation is always open for those who listen, but at least for me giving a personal background to the writing of the track and letting others listen to them I feel helps connect me to my audience. “Requiem & Solace” is out now in all major online retail outlets.
